El pivote
MailMind conserva el correo como la unidad mínima de entrada — un mensaje, un evento, una alerta — pero alrededor de ese átomo construimos un control preciso de entidades reales: tareas, proyectos, notas seguras, bandejas API, seguimientos y auditoría. La necesidad no era «leer más rápido», era gestionar todo el flujo de trabajo profesional desde un solo sitio.
Bandeja unificada
Conecta cualquier servidor IMAP popular con app password cifrado, además de IMAP IDLE casi en tiempo real y un reconcile periódico que cubre huecos.
Define bandejas de entrada por API para recibir mensajes desde fuentes externas sin depender de un buzón IMAP, con su propia clave y reglas.
Sentry, GitHub y Jira entregan eventos directamente a tu bandeja, verificados con firma HMAC-SHA256.
Cada mensaje puede disparar una regla: etiquetar, priorizar por urgencia (alta, media, baja) o crear directamente una tarea.
Gestión del trabajo
Agrupa tareas por proyecto y muévelas por un tablero kanban. Las tareas pueden nacer de un correo, de un proyecto o existir sueltas.
Comentarios, adjuntos y estado por tarea. Al marcarla como hecha, MailMind puede transicionar el issue de Jira o resolver el evento en Sentry.
Captura ideas, checklists e imágenes cifradas en reposo. Las notas secretas viven en una bóveda protegida con contraseña maestra propia.
Promueve cualquier nota a tarea: eliges proyecto y título, y el checklist de la nota pasa a ser el conjunto de subtareas.
Integraciones técnicas
MailMind no reemplaza tu stack técnico: lo conecta. Configura cada integración desde tu cuenta y deja que el write-back haga el resto.
Vincula issues de Jira a tus tareas. Al completar la tarea en MailMind, el issue transiciona de estado — no se crean tickets nuevos.
Recibe eventos vía webhook y resuélvelos desde MailMind cuando marcas la tarea o el incidente como atendido.
Los adjuntos de tareas y mensajes se guardan cifrados localmente por defecto. Si prefieres tu propio bucket S3, conéctalo y pasa a usarlo sin salir de MailMind.
Recibe avisos de correo nuevo, mensajes de API inbox y recordatorios de tareas directamente en tu chat de Telegram.
Control total
Cada acción relevante del sistema queda registrada. Los logs te dan visibilidad y control real sobre lo que ocurre en tu cuenta.

Cuando eliminas tu cuenta, MailMind elimina de forma permanente de la aplicación tus mensajes, notas, tareas, proyectos, archivos adjuntos, integraciones y registros de auditoría asociados a tu identidad — es tu derecho al olvido, aplicado de verdad.

Each message can fire a rule: tag it, set urgency (high, medium, low), or create a task.
Work management
Group tasks by project and move them on a kanban board. Tasks can come from email, from a project, or stand alone.
Comments, attachments, and status on each task. When you mark it done, MailMind can transition the Jira issue or resolve the Sentry event.
Capture ideas, checklists, and images encrypted at rest. Secret notes live in a vault protected by your own master password.
Promote any note to a task: pick a project and title, and the note checklist becomes the subtasks.
Technical integrations
MailMind does not replace your technical stack: it connects to it. Configure each integration from your account and let write-back do the rest.
Link Jira issues to your tasks. When you complete the task in MailMind, the issue changes status — MailMind does not create new tickets.
Receive events by webhook and resolve them from MailMind when you mark the task or incident as handled.
Task and message attachments are encrypted locally by default. If you prefer your own S3 bucket, connect it and switch over without leaving MailMind.
Get alerts for new mail, API inbox messages, and task reminders in your Telegram chat.
Full control
Each relevant system action is recorded. The logs give you real visibility into what happens in your account.
