MailMind
Bandeja unificada con importancia, posposición y triaje, e IMAP IDLE casi en tiempo real. Free cubre el hábito con límites. Pro abre reglas, más cuentas y el resto. Entras con Google: solo la cuenta, sin scopes de Gmail.
Posicionamiento
El correo es la unidad mínima de entrada, no el lugar donde se trabaja. MailMind concentra bandejas y convierte señal en trabajo ejecutable.
El problema
No sabes cuáles importan y abrir la bandeja se siente como una deuda que nunca termina.
Notas en un lado, tareas en otro, seguimientos en el correo. Pierdes el hilo entre conversación y acción.
Gmail, Outlook, webhooks… saltas entre apps sin una vista unificada ni avisos cuando llega lo urgente.

Cada correo IMAP nuevo que no es ruido muestra si es bajo, medio, alto o crítico, y qué tan probable es que el remitente espere respuesta. Jev lo mide si lo activas; sin Jev, MailMind lo estima con sus propias señales.
En Pro pospones 1 hora, 6 horas, 1 día, 3 días o una fecha concreta. Al vencer, el mensaje vuelve a «esperando respuesta» y MailMind avisa en Seguimientos y, si lo configuraste, por Telegram.
La vista Lista agrupa tareas por estado, prioridad, vencimiento, origen o complejidad. Esperando es un estado propio. La complejidad va del 1 al 5, con claridad y si depende de terceros.
Instala MailMind en el teléfono o el escritorio. Si se corta la red, queda una página sin conexión. Los avisos del navegador cubren correos urgentes, posposiciones vencidas y recordatorios de tareas.
El panel, el login y los avisos siguen tu idioma. Lo cambias en Configuración o con el selector de las páginas públicas.
Filtros por categoría, revisión y no categorizados. En Free, Jev clasifica con tu clave. En Pro, las reglas de categoría clasifican al aplicarlas.
Las alertas inmediatas se reservan para correos de urgencia alta. El resto se agrupa en resúmenes a las 10:00, 14:00 y 17:00 (hora local).

Pastillas de importancia y «esperan respuesta», filtro y orden por importancia en la bandeja.
En Pro eliges duración o fecha. Al vencer, el correo vuelve a esperando respuesta y recibes aviso.
Ideas cifradas, checklists e imágenes, y notas secretas con contraseña maestra. Promover la nota a tarea es de Pro: el checklist pasa a subtareas.
Free incluye 1 proyecto y tareas básicas, sin ligarlas a un correo. Pro llega hasta 500 proyectos, con Lista, kanban, Gantt y tareas ligadas al correo.
Estado Esperando en lista, tablero y Gantt. Complejidad del 1 al 5, con si la tarea está bien definida y si depende de terceros.
En Pro: etiquetas, comentarios y seguimientos ligados al correo en el drawer. No es un CRM de contactos.

Navegación inferior y targets táctiles. Instálala, úsala sin conexión y recibe avisos push de lo urgente.

Notifications bring together the repository, type, and reason, with a link to open the details on GitHub. The dashboard shows contributions and activity. Availability on Pro is being enabled gradually.

Each new IMAP message that is not noise shows low, medium, high, or critical importance, and how likely the sender is to expect a reply. Jev measures it when you turn it on; without Jev, MailMind estimates it from its own signals.
On Pro you snooze for 1 hour, 6 hours, 1 day, 3 days, or a specific time. When it is due, the message returns to waiting for a reply and MailMind notifies you in Follow-ups and, if you set it up, on Telegram.
The List view groups tasks by status, priority, due date, source, or complexity. Waiting is its own status. Complexity runs from 1 to 5, with clarity and whether it depends on someone else.
Install MailMind on your phone or desktop. If the network drops, an offline page remains. Browser alerts cover urgent mail, due snoozes, and task reminders.
The dashboard, login, and alerts follow your language. Change it in Settings or with the switcher on public pages.
Filters by category, review, and uncategorized. On Free, Jev classifies with your key. On Pro, category rules classify when you apply them.
Immediate alerts are reserved for high-urgency mail. Everything else is grouped into digests at 10:00, 14:00, and 17:00 local time.
