Posicionamiento
El correo es la unidad mínima de entrada, no el lugar donde se trabaja. MailMind concentra bandejas y convierte señal en trabajo ejecutable.
El problema
No sabes cuáles importan y abrir la bandeja se siente como una deuda que nunca termina.
Notas en un lado, tareas en otro, seguimientos en el correo. Pierdes el hilo entre conversación y acción.

Novedades
La v0.12.4 suma clasificación masiva de mensajes con Jev, además de mejoras visuales y de acomodo en toda la bandeja.
Jev clasifica los mensajes de la bandeja por categoría y permite identificarlos de forma masiva: filtros por categoría, revisión y no categorizados, categorías vinculadas a reglas y clasificación automática al aplicarlas.
Indicador de leído con badge y sincronización en la lista, filtro por cuenta IMAP y preferencia de no leídos, preferencia de vista inicial de la bandeja; en notas se unificaron los pills de mensaje.
Los estados seleccionables del dashboard se normalizaron para mantener contraste y legibilidad en ambos temas. También mejora la legibilidad de las reglas y se traduce el estado de los proyectos.
Las alertas inmediatas de Telegram se reservan para correos de urgencia alta. El resto se agrupa en resúmenes diarios a las 10:00, 14:00 y 17:00 (hora local), con prioridad, remitente, asunto y contexto del triaje.
Mejoras internas en hooks, healthcheck y datos de muestra para agilizar el desarrollo y la verificación del servicio.
La sincronización gana robustez frente a deadlocks concurrentes; Sentry captura solo los errores relevantes.
Mejoras en cómo se visualizan y gestionan los proyectos dentro del dashboard.
Desde el editor, convierte una nota en tarea: eliges proyecto, título y descripción; el checklist pasa a subtareas. En Configuración → Apariencia: tema claro u oscuro GitHub, también en la pantalla de login.
Un worker IDLE por cuenta espera correo nuevo y dispara el mismo sync; un reconcile periódico cubre huecos. Webhooks nativos Sentry, GitHub y Jira con firma HMAC. Clasificación LLM opcional (Ollama o Anthropic), apagada por defecto. Al marcar seguimiento o tarea hecha, transiciona Jira o resuelve el issue en Sentry; no crea tickets.

What’s new
v0.12.4 adds bulk message classification with Jev, plus visual and layout improvements across the inbox.
Jev classifies inbox messages by category so you can work through them in bulk: filters by category, review, and uncategorized, categories linked to rules, and automatic classification when you apply them.
A read badge synced in the list, an IMAP account filter and an unread preference, a default inbox view preference, and unified message pills in notes.
Selectable dashboard states keep contrast and readability in both themes. Rule text is easier to read, and project status is translated.
Immediate Telegram alerts are reserved for high-urgency mail. Everything else is grouped into daily digests at 10:00, 14:00, and 17:00 local time, with priority, sender, subject, and triage context.
One IDLE worker per account waits for new mail and runs the same sync; a periodic reconcile covers gaps. Native Sentry, GitHub, and Jira webhooks with HMAC signatures. Optional LLM classification, off by default. Marking a follow-up or task done transitions Jira or resolves the Sentry issue; it does not create tickets.
